Veracruz is one of the most beautiful cities in Mexico and is located on the Gulf of Mexico. The hosts for the conference are the Fundación para la Educación Superior Internacional A.C. (a non-profit Organization created to promote Internationalization Processes mainly in Education) and Coorganizing Institutions.
