Global is an event created to open opportunities for College students, teachers and business  men from Mexico and outdoors  for a rich  intelectual and cultural exchange. 
The  event´s main subject  is the point of view that the univesities have facing today´s globalization . 
This event will be at the beautiful Port of Veracruz from april 25 to 28 1999. One of the vital  characteres of this event is International Forum, wich is an exclusive space for university students.
